Your Personal Trainer on the North Shore

I am based on Auckland’s North Shore. As your personal trainer, I can come to you, you can come to me, or we can meet in the middle. If you would prefer not to do face-to-face personalised training, I will work with you online and can still help you. I will design a personalised training plan, guide you through some tasty and satisfying nutrition and provide advice and support.

BESPOKE ONLINE TRAINING

Bespoke online training works if you who want everything I can give, but you don’t live near me or would just prefer to work out on your own. Bespoke online training is a fitness and weight loss plan personalised for you and structured for where you are at. We spend time each week talking via skype to ensure that the plan you have is working for you and that you are progressing and getting the results you want. When you choose to team up with me, we work together to achieve your goals. You will have access to:

  • Weekly training and weight loss programmes customised to you, your needs and goals.
